When using your mat

Our mats are designed to have more grip when wet - if you know you’re about to get sweaty, let the sweat do the work! If you’d prefer, lightly spray water on your mat before your practise for that extra support.

When cleaning your mat

Cleaning is easy - simply spray your mat with a water based solution and wipe down after every use. After a more powerful clean? While our cork mats require gentle TLC, our microfibre mats are washing machine safe - use a cold, delicate wash coupled with a gentle detergent for the best result. Either way, leave it to air dry or pat dry with a clean towel.

When you’re finished

Store your mat by rolling it up with the microfibre or cork surface facing outwards. Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sun exposure.
